    Service where we delivery the good to the consignee front door.suitable for small and light a shipment,but also fit for heavy shipment.

    Service where we delivery the good to the destination country port where the consignee can pick it up or point they own broker to handle the clearence for them.suitable for heavy shipment.

TERM and CONDITIONS of RESPONSIBILITY
  • A.DAMAGE

    • Claim of damages should be informed in 3 day since the date of shipment receipt by consignee with prove attached as photos.Consignee should cantact the agent who do the delivery asap after discover that there was damages happen to the shipment so the agent could give the respond immediately and make sure that the claim can be processed or not.


    • If the fault comes from our company ,the replacement will be FREE of CHARGES,but the first delivery charges have to paid

  • B.LOST

    • If the fault comes from our company ,then we will gonna replace it suitable with the standard contract of carriage maximum US$ 20.00 or appropriate with the value from commercial invoice.

  • C.INSURANCE

    • If there is value of commercial invoice more than US$ 100.00,and you would like to insurance the shipment trough PLE ,please write down your insurance premium on the insurance column on the PLE airwaybill.

  • D. DELAYED

    o If the fault comes from our company during more then 10( ten ) workdays late,the shipment fee will be had discount 5%. Example of delay that is not responsibility : 1. Public Holiday 2. Force major 3. Week end 4. Custom process 5. Bad address 6. Consignee Move 7. Consignee Not Available 8. Hold for payment duty tax 9. Processing assistant document from consignee 10. Out of service area

  • E. UNBENEFIT for SHIPPER

    • All loss that been caused by damage,lost or delay that result detriment at a shipper ,we are only be responsible as point in above .The other such as losing business,trust ,materials , etc is out of our responsibility.

  • F. DELIVERY REPORT

    • Proof of Delivery ( POD ) report or recapitulation will be sent to you montly basic or every shipment if needed.
